Items that do not match the quality of any samples provided or bears defects in manufacturing will be refunded upon verification.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us to arrange a return. Only unused and resalable items are eligible for return and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping cannot be refunded, and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Upon receipt and verification of any returns, Sullivan Paper will issue a refund to the original payment method.
All warranty and satisfaction claims must be made within 30 days of delivery.
